后来我就隐隐约约感到"金钱至上"有巨大的问题,于是我又去读了一遍《华为的红旗到底能打多久》这篇文章,才算是转变了思想,从此相 信了人的力量,人是世上最宝贵资源,有了人才能创造奇迹。 在我40岁后,适逢AI时代来临,我缺陷这个时代也必须是走"知本化"道路。 40岁之前我相信钱的力量,因为相信而看见,有钱才能购买原材料,才能租赁办公场地,才能雇佣员工,才能打广告,才能让一个公司运转 起来。 你要是发不出工资,马上就是树倒猢狲散,所以钱非常重要。这无疑是一个共识。 所以尽管我读了任正非的很多文章,其中有些理念我其实还没有真正认同,或者说是不能理解透彻。 什么叫"知本化"呢? 这要从资本化说起,简而言之就是指公司将各类支出归类为资产的方式。而知本化是把知识当作能创造价值的资本来经营与转化的过程,强 调通过制度、流程与工具,将个人或组织的知识沉淀为可度量、可交易、可复制的价值形态,从而实现持续增值。 《华为基本法》里说,认真负责和管理有效的员工是华为最大财富。尊重知识,尊重个性,集体奋斗和不迁就有功的员工,是华为事业可持 续成长的内在要求。 因此同时期的很多企业都追求所谓的"利益最大化",而华为不是如此,按照华为的理念 ...
