养老服务是关系千家万户的重要民生问题。社区是人们的生活空间,也是推进养老服务体系建设的重要 依托。习近平总书记指出:"完善社区居家养老服务网络,构建居家社区机构相协调、医养康养相结合 的养老服务体系。"建设老年友好型社区、加强社区治理创新,能够提升社区的养老服务供给能力和水 平,增强老年人的获得感、幸福感、安全感。日前印发的《中共中央国务院关于推动城市高质量发展的 意见》提出:"加快适老化、适儿化、无障碍设施建设改造。扩大普惠养老服务供给,促进医养结 合。"贯彻落实习近平总书记重要讲话精神和党中央决策部署,要科学把握社区在养老服务供给中的重 要作用,以治理创新推动老年友好型社区建设,更好保障老有所养、老有所乐。 人口老龄化是我国的基本国情。根据统计,截至2024年底,我国60周岁及以上老年人口超3亿人,占总 人口的22%。大部分老年人倾向于在熟悉、就近、方便的环境中安享幸福晚年。作为社会的基本单元, 社区具有生活共同体的鲜明特性,是广大老年人安居乐业的家园,也汇聚了老年人所需要的生活照料、 医疗服务、康复护理、文化娱乐、紧急救援等各类服务资源。建设老年友好型社区,既契合老年人的生 活、养老习惯,可以把服务送到 ...
