一、什么是经营?

序言:2025年对于国内很多企业来说,尤其是小企业,是经营特别难的一年。每个老板都在努力地尝试通过各种方法去改变经营状况。这里面,通过选择 召开经营分析会的占大多数,然则通过开会有让运营变好的企业是少之又少。笔者通过结合历史公司打交道的经验,以及粉丝朋友们留言咨询,总结了下 原因主要是对经营本身缺乏了解导致的。故此想到出一个专题系列来介绍下经营、经营管理、经营管理报告、经营分析会等。希望对仍处于苦恼期的广大 企业家朋友、或高管、或从事企业管理的新人们有所借鉴。话不多说,本文简短聊聊什么是经营,以及经营应该如何科学地做闭环管理。 管理指的通俗常讲的企业内部管理,主要是对内硬件资源的管理,如人、流程等; 运营指的企业各项业务运营活动,主要是研发产品活动、采购活动,生产活动,以及销售活动等。 备注:讲到这里有的人可能会说为什么不将管理和运营合放到一起,统称运营管理。笔者认为区分开来更好解释是内部基础管理的问题,还是业务管理的 问题。 算账这里不单指传统的财务算账,包含管理问题检讨、运营检讨、以及财务成果核算等。有点既算账又检讨的意思,后面文章会具体讲到。 三、经营如何实现闭环? 一、什么是经营? 为了对经营做出定义 ...
