(来源:工人日报) 本报讯 (记者赖书闻)清晨的阳光洒在中交二公局承建的海南省什运至白沙高速公路鹦哥岭隧道及连 接线项目TJ01标段——包国军创新工作室的牌匾上,显得格外醒目。墙上的专利证书与桌上陈列的发明 零部件,无声彰显着这间工作室的扎实成果。 今年初,鹦哥岭隧道实现双洞安全贯通。作为海南什运至白沙高速公路的控制性工程,鹦哥岭隧道全长 8.282公里,横跨琼中黎族苗族自治县、白沙黎族自治县、五指山市,纵贯海南热带雨林国家公园,施 工中穿越两处断层破碎带,施工难度极高。 "在上一个项目中,工人使用混凝土搅拌机时非常不便。到了这个项目,大家自发创新设计了这条小轨 道,让搅拌机可以来回移动,工人再也不用钻到机器底下清理混凝土了。"工作室总体技术负责人尤春 雨向记者介绍《一种室内混凝土搅拌机移动装置》专利的由来。这项看似简单的发明,极大方便了现场 作业。 对隧道直属队队长杨永金来说,创新工作室是项目的"智囊库"。他说:"创新工作室让许多环节有了保 障,一项小微改造、一次技术革新,就可以提升工程质量、推进项目进度。"此外,施工成本也得到显 著控制,降幅达一半以上。 截至目前,工作室已主持公司科研课题6项,累计申报专 ...
