北京商报讯(记者 方彬楠)"只需带着身份证,就能领结婚证,这对于我们这些户口不在北京的外地 人,实在是太方便了。"5月10日,北京市西城区婚姻登记处迎来全市首对婚姻登记"全国通办"新人。据 悉,新政策实施首日,全市共办理婚姻登记1400余对,其中全国通办登记量占比31.9%,西城、海淀登 记量均超200对。 2025年4月26日,国务院颁布新修订的婚姻登记条例,自2025年5月10日起,在全国范围内全面实施内地 居民婚姻登记"全国通办"服务。婚姻登记"全国通办"打破了婚姻登记当事人户籍限制,不再要求出具户 口簿,当事人可凭本人居民身份证,在京任一婚姻登记处办理结婚登记或离婚登记,无需返回户籍所在 地,真正实现"让数据多跑路,群众少跑腿"。 为贯彻新条例要求,满足当事人多样化需求,在北京市民政局指导下,西城区建立了全市首个户外登记 点。西城区婚姻登记处工作人员表示,户外婚姻登记点位于大栅栏护国观音寺,主要围绕"甜蜜服务"主 题,提供免费复印、政策及婚育健康咨询、结婚登记、颁证等"一站式"服务,全方位提升新人登记仪式 感。作为民政服务创新之举,聚焦婚庆服务全链条,整合菜百首饰、百安居、瑞蚨祥、内联升等老字号 品牌 ...
