本报讯 (记者冷翠华)11月26日,互联网保险优选平台蚂蚁保宣布,该平台的车险业务已经全面接入 高品质理赔服务"安心赔",目前已实现"10秒在线报案、15秒专人跟进",全程由保险公司专业人员协助 车主解决出险理赔问题,整个理赔进度可全程在线查看。据悉,这一功能上线以来,该平台上90%的理 赔案件均可在6天内得到解决,让更多车主享受到方便快捷的车险理赔服务。 蚂蚁保车险业务负责人蒋明龙表示,随着蚂蚁保平台产品、服务能力的持续升级,越来越多的消费者开 始选择线上渠道投保车险。过去3年,蚂蚁保平台上在保车辆数保持年均30%以上的增长。同时,越来 越多的保险公司也开始把互联网渠道作为新的增长机会。去年,蚂蚁保联合多家车企共同研发的"联合 定价"技术得到全面应用,帮助平台上的保险公司平均降低了3%的综合成本率,显著提升了运营效率。 据蒋明龙介绍,此次蚂蚁保车险接入"安心赔"后,该平台上绝大多数的案件可实现"报案即立案",全过 程可在10秒内完成。报案成功后,会有保险公司的理赔经理协助车主解决出险理赔过程中的问题。另 外,整个报案和理赔进度清晰、透明化,用户可全程在线查看。 据了解,目前国内有14家大中型财产险公司与蚂蚁 ...
