Core Viewpoint - Transsion Holdings, known as the "King of African Mobile Phones," has submitted its prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for a listing, aiming to advance its "A+H" dual capital platform strategy. However, the company faces significant challenges, including declining growth in its core mobile phone business and increased competition in the market [1][3]. Financial Performance - Transsion Holdings reported a revenue increase from 46.596 billion RMB in 2022 to 62.295 billion RMB in 2023, marking a growth of 33.69%.
