海上仪器试验标准化运行获进展
该课题属于"海洋仪器设备规范化海上试验"项目,由中国海洋大学牵头。来自中国科学院信息工程 研究所、山东省科学院海洋仪器仪表研究所等单位的7名专家审阅了课题自评价报告等材料,听取了课 题组汇报,经质询并达成一致意见,同意该课题通过绩效评价。 该课题聚焦"十四五"专项的海试需求,开展了海试测试方法、标准体系和技术服务体系研究,升级 了基于移动平台的海试服务和系统化管理流程,显著提升了我国海洋仪器设备海上测试评估能力。基于 该课题,国家海洋标准计量中心主持或参与制定国家标准1项、行业标准6项、校准规范1项、检定规程1 项,构建了规范化、标准化的海试综合评价体系和测试方法,实现了海洋仪器海上试验的标准化和业务 化运行。同时,课题针对5种自主研发的海洋仪器开展了第三方检验,为仪器研制方提供了科学公正的 数据支持,有助于仪器研发方评估、诊断或定位海洋仪器设备存在的技术问题。 日前,国家海洋标准计量中心参与的国家重点研发计划课题"规范化海上试验总体设计与组网系统 试验"通过绩效评价。 ...
