笔者的收藏中有一方端砚,长20.5厘米、宽13厘米、厚3厘米。砚面以整雕技法塑造出一只布局构思颇 为精巧的大蜘蛛:前两足自然舒展,围合成两个小水池;头部平整可作笔掭,硕大蛛身直接作为研墨砚 堂;左右三足顺势弯曲,与砚边形成狭长水塘,巧妙实现功能与造型的统一。砚背阴刻"已静惟用""缶 用"两行铭文,字迹遒劲,尽显金石气息。 "已静惟用"是古代文人的心境追求与处世智慧:"已静"指通过修养抵达内心平和澄澈之境,"惟用"强调 在宁静中发挥事物本质价值。明代万安县出土的一方端砚,便刻有13字秦篆"端溪湿润石,已静惟用是 以延年"。 砚面的蜘蛛雕刻亦颇具讲究。在传统民俗文化中,蜘蛛被尊为"喜蛛",在早晨、中午、晚上见到它,有 着不同的吉祥寓意:清晨见之预示喜事临门,如金榜题名、家庭添丁,若见蛛丝垂落,更象征"喜从天 降";正午现身兆示贵客来访,恰应"正晌午有客来"的民间俗语;夜晚现身则代表财运降临,"蜘蛛吊, 财神到"的说法即源于此。七夕等特殊时节,喜蛛织网更被视为"织女赐福",既象征美好姻缘,也寓意 心灵手巧。这些文化内涵根植于传统积淀,《西京杂记》中"蜘蛛集而百事喜"的记载、唐代"喜虫天 降"的传说,皆可为证。 蜘蛛 ...
