本报讯(陈志奇)日前，江苏宝涵租赁有限公司成功发行首单绿色资产支持证券(ABS)，即"2025年宝涵租 赁第1期绿色资产支持专项计划"，标志着苏州市区县级首单绿色ABS正式落地。该专项计划发行总规模 8.5亿元，加权平均利率1.89%，创全国地方国有租赁ABS最低利率，为未来更低成本服务昆山实体企 业、推动绿色产业发展奠定坚实基础。 ABS是资产证券化的简称，指以基础资产未来所产生的现金流为偿付支持，通过结构化设计进行信用增 级，在此基础上发行资产支持证券的过程。资产证券化以特定资产组合为支持，发行可交易证券从而达 到融资的目的，目前已成为一种被广泛采用的金融创新工具。绿色ABS则指将符合绿色标准的租赁资 产、项目收益权等基础资产进行证券化，其资金最终投向节能环保、清洁能源、低碳经济等绿色领域。 据了解，宝涵租赁作为昆山创控集团全资子公司，2018年实质化运行以来，已累计为各类企业提供融资 租赁款113亿元，在租规模46亿元，在苏州大市国有商租中排名前列。近年来，宝涵租赁积极拓宽多元 化融资渠道，自2022年开始发行ABS，随着此单绿色ABS的落地，已累计发行资产证券化产品超50亿 元。 ...
