网络零售额稳步提升。强化政策赋能,制定实施电子商务产业发展实施意见、直播电商高质量发展三年行动计划等政策意见,坚持市场主导和政府推动, 加大资源整合和政策扶持力度,推动电子商务持续稳定发展。"十四五"期间,全市网络零售总额年均增长8.8%。 12月11日,东营市政府新闻办召开"高质量完成'十四五'规划"系列主题新闻发布会第二十场,东营市电子商务发展促进中心主任田国庆介绍了"十四五"期 间,东营市电子商务发展取得的成果。 电商生态初步完善。培育发展河口区电商产业园、东营区京东电商产业园、广饶县城市赋能中心3个电商园区(直播电商基地),打造河口区六合街道等5 个电商小镇、东升村等10个电商村,完善基础设施配套,健全公共服务体系,优化园区产业生态,吸引上下游企业集聚发展。全市电商企业达到2000家, 网络店铺4万余家。 新业态创新发展。支持直播电商、社区电商等新业态发展,拓展应用场景,积极创建集选品、直播、展示于一体的电商基地。深化产业融合,加快发 展"互联网+农业"新模式,接续农村电商发展成果,打造"黄河口农品"品牌矩阵,推动农产品上行扩面增效。"十四五"期间,全市农产品网络零售总额超 18.6亿元。(大众新闻记 ...
