新疆首次发布主要林木目录
近日,《新疆主要林木目录》发布,目录纳入并确定四翅滨藜(学名四翼滨藜)、盐穗木、驼绒 藜、开心果(学名阿月浑子)、麻黄、锦鸡儿等6种林木。这是新疆首次发布主要林木目录。 我国主要林木目录实行"国家+省级"两级管理模式,国家目录聚焦全国范围内具有重大生态、经济 或社会价值的林木品种,省级目录立足地方实际并在国家目录之外补充确定,数量不超过8种。只有纳 入主要林木目录并通过品种审定的林木,才能被认定为林木良种,进而获得政策扶持与推广。 此前,核桃、杏、白桦、云杉、梭梭、沙拐枣、柽柳等新疆常见树种已被纳入国家主要林木目录。 此次纳入《新疆主要林木目录》的6种林木,或属典型的耐旱耐盐碱植物,在新疆荒漠化治理中发挥了 重要作用;或属特色林果和中药材,其产业化开发对于推动新疆林业经济发展具有重要意义。 目录的发布,是新疆推进"三北"工程攻坚战的重要举措,精准对接地方生态建设与产业发展需求, 进一步扩大林木品种审定范围,为政策制定提供靶向依据,引导资源向优势树种集聚。"我们将结合生 态建设进展、产业发展变化等实际,适时对目录进行动态调整,为全区生态保护与林业高质量发展提供 坚实支撑。"新疆维吾尔自治区林业和草原局有关负责人 ...
