中新社北京9月27日电 中国首条长距离十车道高速公路——京哈高速公路绥中(冀辽界)至盘锦段改扩建 工程27日全线通车,正式实现双向十车道运营,标志着中国东北地区高速公路网迎来新一轮升级。 作为辽宁乃至东北地区进出关的交通主动脉,原京哈高速绥中(冀辽界)至盘锦段已运营22年,原双向六 车道通行能力日趋饱和,难以适应日益增长的交通需求。2022年8月,京哈高速改扩建工程正式开工, 在"边通车、边施工"的复杂条件下有序推进。工程起于绥中县九门口隧道,全长238.04公里,其中改扩 建段主线222.08公里,主线段设计速度为每小时120公里。 京哈高速公路为中国国家高速公路网7条首都放射线中的第1条,编号G1,起于北京,经沈阳、长春, 止于哈尔滨,是东北地区公路交通运输大动脉和进出山海关的重要通道,在国家和区域路网中居重要地 位。 作为国家"十四五"交通运输重大工程和辽宁省迄今投资规模最大、建设里程最长、技术复杂程度最高的 高速公路项目,京哈高速改扩建工程的全线通车,将极大缓解区域交通压力,对推动辽西融入京津冀协 同发展战略、促进国家综合运输大通道能力提升具有重要意义。 (文章来源:中国新闻网) ...
