在泰州姜堰,周山河、溱潼两大重点中型灌区承载着全区56.23万亩永久基本农田的灌溉重任。自2023 年入选水利部第一批深化农业水价综合改革推进现代化灌区建设试点以来,该区以"节水、生态、精 管、智慧、幸福"为目标,实施工程建设、数字赋能、机制创新、生态护底"四位一体"系统治理,为粮 食安全筑牢"水支撑"。 工程建设强基础,夯实粮食生产硬底盘 近年来,姜堰区聚焦灌区输水"主动脉"畅通,以"续建配套+节水改造"为核心,系统性推进灌区工程建 设。试点以来,综合整治西姜黄河、张甸支河、张东河、姜溱河等4条干支渠疏浚18.61公里。2024年实 施溱潼灌区节水改造项目,综合整治干支渠24条;2025年实施溱潼灌区现代化改造项目,综合整治干支 渠10条。对两个灌区90座电灌站进行全面提升改造,对全区2418座电灌站全部安装标准化计量设施。 数字赋能提质效,激活灌区建设新动能 如果说工程建设是"硬骨架",那么现代化改造就是"软实力"。姜堰区通过数字赋能管理,推动灌区 从"传统灌溉"向"智慧精管"转型,开发智慧灌区系统,整合工程信息、用水数据、气象信息于一体,构 建灌区"一张图"管理模式。得益于农业水价综合改革打下的良好基础 ...
