全国新增10所卓越工程师学院,试点本研一体贯通培养

教育部近日公布第四批国家卓越工程师学院建设高校名单。北京化工大学等10所入围高校将试点本研一 体贯通培养机制,以卓越工程师培养改革实践带动本科教育改革。 未来,教育部还将有组织地推动高校联合领军企业,稳步拓展海外卓越工程师学院建设布局,加快推进 工程教育国际互认,为世界工程教育提出中国方案、贡献中国智慧。 国家卓越工程师学院旨在培养国家战略急需的高层次工程技术人才。算上本次新增的10所高校,全国建 设了50家国家卓越工程师学院。学院采用校企共建模式,42所高校和8家企业共同开展工程类硕士或博 士专业学位教育,培养环节包含理论课程、工程实践和科研训练等。经过3年多的建设,国家卓越工程 师学院聚焦集成电路、人工智能、生物医药等重点领域,已培养近2.6万名工程硕博士,其中2000多人 已经毕业走上工作岗位。 与以往不同,新的卓越工程师学院将试点本研一体贯通培养,发挥我国工程教育基础雄厚优势,面向解 决复杂工程问题需要,重构学生知识能力图谱,加强问题驱动的多学科协同交叉培养。教育部明确,将 加强卓越工程师思想政治教育,落实校企导师立德树人职责,挖掘用好企业红色文化、重大工程等育人 资源,引导学生积极投身中国式现代化事 ...
