转自:贵州日报 本报讯 近日,工业和信息化部公布数字赋能基层减负典型案例名单,贵阳高新区企业贵州大数据产业 集团有限公司打造的贵州省村级基础数据"一张表"和贵州多彩宝互联网服务有限公司打造的贵州省政务 民生服务平台"多彩宝"入选。据了解,此次全国共有28个案例上榜,贵州省仅2项案例获此殊荣。 两个入选项目分别从基层政务办公直达、民意速办服务两大维度,展现了数字赋能基层治理的成效。其 中,"一张表"项目聚焦村级基础数据管理痛点,以数据整合优化为核心,精准破解以往村级数据分散存 储、重复采集、共享不畅、利用效率低下等难题,实现村级基础数据的集中管理与高效赋能。 作为贵州建设最早的民生服务平台,"多彩宝"APP平台已发展成为集"数字政务+数字民生+数字商务"于 一体的一站式服务平台。在数字政务领域,平台整合3907项政务事项,建成51个厅局旗舰店、414个市 州部门旗舰店,2025年重点推进"高效办成一件事"专区,覆盖教育入学、新生儿出生、退休等高频事 项。在数字民生领域,平台深耕生活缴费服务,实现水电燃气缴费、社保资格认证等高频事项"足不出 户可办理",2025年累计完成缴费订单926.68万笔,交易额11亿元。 ...
