2026年,我国数据领域标准化建设有望迎来关键突破。国家数据局近日公布,将在今年推出30余项数据 领域国家标准,包括在智能体、具身智能等前沿方向布局一批数据标准,在公共数据、高质量数据集等 方面加快出台一批急需的数据标准。 数据标准能够有效支撑数据基础制度落地、促进数据资源的高效开发利用,国家数据局积极推动数据标 准"加速跑",既是对2025年政策成果的深化,也是激活数据要素潜能的重要举措,因为数据标准正成为 重塑数字经济生态的"基础设施"。 回溯过往,我国数据标准化工作已构建起"顶层规划+试点验证"的推进模式。2024年发布的《国家数据 标准体系建设指南》,构建了覆盖数据全生命周期的标准体系框架,并且提出目标,到2026年底,基本 建成国家数据标准体系。随着《国家数据标准体系建设指南》的发布与全国数据标准化技术委员会于 2024年10月份成立,我国数据标准化进程不断加速。 在国家数据局指导下,全国数据标准化技术委员会聚焦高质量数据集建设中的突出难题,推动研制了 《高质量数据集建设指南》《高质量数据集格式要求》《高质量数据集分类指南》《高质量数据集质量 评测规范》等系列标准,并于2025年8月29日在中国国际 ...
