中新健康|怎样预防脑卒中的发生?专家分享"120口诀" 中新网10月27日电 国家卫生健康委27日召开新闻发布会,介绍时令节气与健康(霜降)有关情况,并答记 者问。会上,首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院主任医师缪中荣称,近几年来,年轻人的卒中发生病例越 来越多,这里面有四个方面的因素: 第一是很多年轻人忽略了体检,脑卒中发病的基础是有一些基础疾病,比如糖尿病、高血压、高血脂, 很多年轻人可能不做体检,不知道自己得了这样一个疾病,没有得到很好的控制。另外有一些年轻人知 道自己有这样的疾病而不去控制,因为担心长期吃药有副作用,所以忽视了这样一个基础疾病的控制, 最后造成了血管的硬化,导致了脑卒中的发生。 第二是一些生活方式,现在很多年轻人熬夜、不运动造成了肥胖,这些都可能会导致动脉粥样硬化的发 生,从而导致脑卒中的发生。 第三是心源性脑卒中。大脑的血管是从心脏发出来的,如果心脏有问题,尤其是有一些房颤或者是先天 性的心脏疾病,如果心脏产生了血栓,会顺流而上,造成脑血管堵塞,最后导致脑卒中的发生。 第四是有一些全身性的疾病,比如自身免疫性疾病、血液疾病或者有一些动脉炎,这些都会导致年轻人 卒中的发病。另外,女性长期服用 ...
