20多平方公里区域的专业“守门员” 浦东机场完善飞行区准入管理
《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者钱擘 通讯员张媛媛 报道:2025年,浦东机场旅客吞吐量创下历史新 高。随着2026春运开始,浦东春运客流又有望继续保持增长。承载一架架航班在此服务巨大客流的,是 面积广达20多平方公里的飞行区,在这片区域里,除了起降的航班,还有负责保障航班的4万多名工作 人员、4000多台车辆、大量的无动力设备,也少不了不断开展的各项工程。可观的面积、众多的人员、 纷繁复杂的环境,都对安全运行提出挑战,为打造更完善的准入管理、护航安全运行,浦东机场自2021 年起,在飞行区管理部设置准入管理科、并于2023年进一步调整为准入培训科,为飞行区配属专业可靠 的"守门员"团队。 随着专职准入团队的建立,浦东机场飞行区原本分布在多个职能科室的准入管理职责集中到一个入口, 进一步打造有效机制,覆盖人员、车辆、无动力设备、单位和施工工程等各领域的准入管理,同时也便 利了飞行区内各作业保障单位"一站式"对接准入工作。 人员是整个准入系统的基础,浦东机场在飞行区人员准入中,建立分类分级机制,分A、B、C三类,A 类则为进入航空器活动的地面保护区和机动区的人员,且按照是否需要进入开放的跑滑区域等因素,分 为A ...
