当"三北"工程攻坚战在万里风沙线上深入推进时,一项基础性、支撑性的工作——荒漠化防治标准化体系建设,正同步迈向纵深,为这项规模浩大的生态 工程提供着坚实的技术支撑。 科学治沙,标准先行。面对荒漠化防治工作的系统性挑战,我国于2021年成立了全国荒漠化防治标准化技术委员会。自此,标准化工作系统推进,在体系 建设、标准研制、工程支撑等方面取得一系列成果。科学构建了《荒漠化防治领域标准体系》,该体系涵盖术语、分类与编目、调查监测与评价、保护与 修复、资源利用、管理等6个大类,共计28项标准。其中,立项林业行业标准25项、国家标准5项,发布林业行业标准6项、国家标准1项。主动响应工程新 需求,研究《三北工程建设标准需求清单》,建议新增《三北工程荒漠化防治成效综合评估规范》《沙漠沙地联防联治技术规范》等5项急需标准。 标准化的生命力在于应用。为了让一线人员便捷获取最实用的技术,标委会系统梳理并筛选出《防沙治沙技术规范》《流动沙地沙障设置技术规程》等21 项现行"好用、管用"的标准,形成推荐清单供一线使用(清单附后)。同时,根据工程需求对标准体系进行动态更新与完善。2025年新增并立项《光伏场 防沙治沙技术规范》《荒漠地 ...
