(来源:内蒙古日报) 转自:内蒙古日报 本报2月26日讯 (记者 李国萍)记者从内蒙古自治区药监局获悉:为保障群众用药用械安全有效、方便 可及,我区日前印发《内蒙古自治区自助售药机和自动售械机管理规定》(以下简称《规定》),对自 助售药机、自动售械机的设置主体、布局原则、经营范围等方面作出系统性、全流程规范。 《规定》严格界定自助售药机与自动售械机设置主体资格,明确依法取得《药品经营许可证》的零售药 店,可依托自身实体经营店设置自助售药机;依法取得《医疗器械经营许可证》或备案凭证、经营方式 包含零售的医疗器械经营企业,可依托实体门店设置自动售械机,从源头杜绝无资质主体违规开展经营 活动。 针对自助售药机,《规定》明确销售范围仅限乙类非处方药,不含含特殊药品复方制剂,严禁销售处方 药和甲类非处方药;要求设备具备温湿度自动监测调控、远程报警、安全监控、药品追溯、在线药学服 务等功能,药品实行统一采购、统一验收、统一配送、统一管理,全程纳入企业计算机管理系统,实现 采购、销售、库存实时可查。 针对自动售械机,《规定》要求其贮存、销售全流程符合医疗器械经营质量管理规范,仅限销售消费者 可个人自行使用的医疗器械;售械设 ...
