我省启动公共法律服务三年提升行动

公共法律服务是保障和改善民生的重要举措。为了让这项服务更广泛地惠及群众、真正做到触手可 及,我省日前启动公共法律服务规范提升三年行动(2025—2027年),通过进一步加强行业监督管理, 全面提升法律援助、公证、司法鉴定、仲裁等公共法律服务规范化水平,为人民群众提供更优质、高效 且有温度的公共法律服务。 下一步,我省将重点推进四方面工作。强化纪律建设,建立执业纪律教育制度,对违纪行为实 行"一票否决";严格质量监管,推行法律援助案件质量评估、公证"三级检督查"、司法鉴定"凡进必 考"制度;设统一监管平台,实现法律服务全流程可追溯;继续开展专项治理,重点整治法律援助、金 融仲裁等领域存在的突出问题。 通过分阶段推进,力争到今年年底,全省公共法律服务领域执业水平更加规范,尤其是问题较多的 地区,其执业能力和行业影响力将得到大幅提升;到2026年年底,公共法律服务整体质量将进一步提 高,监督管理机制也将更加健全,逐步形成行政部门、行业协会、社会力量等多方参与的监管格局;到 2027年年底,我省公共法律服务执业监管体系全面完善,人民群众对公共法律服务工作的满意度将显著 提升。 不断提升公共法律服务质量和公信力,我省聚 ...
走访企业“听心声” 法护营商“优环境”

为深入贯彻落实优化营商环境的决策部署,扎实推动"六个行动"重点任务,持续优化法治化营商环境, 助力企业高质量发展,旗委常委、政法委书记曹雨飞深入内蒙古沙漠之神生物科技有限公司、内蒙古昊 丹科技商贸有限公司开展"送法入企""法护营商"活动,为企业发展注入法治动能。 在走访过程中,通过与企业负责人面对面交流,认真倾听企业负责人关于经营状况、发展规划、劳动用 工等情况,详细了解企业在合规经营、涉企纠纷、合同签订、知识产权保护等方面的法律需求,为了帮 助企业提升防范和化解风险的能力,曹雨飞书记要求相关工作人员在日常工作中积极开展"法治体检"服 务,指导企业完善内部管理制度,还介绍了阿右旗关于支持企业发展的相关政策和举措,并征求了企业 在法治优化营商环境建设方面的意见和建议。此外,随行的普法志愿者通过现场讲解、答疑解惑等形 式,发放公共法律服务手册等宣传资料50余份,法律咨询解答10人次,为企业员工普及相关法律法规, 全方位、多维度全面梳理企业潜在法律风险。 优化营商环境是推动旗域经济高质量发展的关键之举,下一步,阿右旗委政法委(司法局)将始终坚 持"法治是最好的营商环境"理念,坚持问题导向和需求导向,切实为企业办实事 ...
