长株潭生态绿心(以下简称"绿心")正在探索绿色转型发展新模式。当前,花卉园艺产业已成为其绿色发展的"名片",围绕产业发展,当地也推进了道路等 基础设施建设。 为支持绿心发展,经国务院同意,国家发展改革委近日印发《长株潭生态绿心加快绿色转型发展实施方案》(发改环资〔2025〕1751号,以下简称《方 案》)。 在业内人士看来,绿心建设是一项综合性生态工程。 生态环境部环境规划院副院长万军认为,《方案》遵循"上游涵养、中游消能、下游蓄滞"的水安全格局,将绿心纳入流域生态保护治理全局,一体推进河湖 生态修复、水源涵养、水土保持与洪水调蓄风险防控。具体而言,《方案》提出充分利用绿心内季节性河道、天然蓄滞洪区、湖泊洼地等自然水体发挥调蓄 功能,并结合水利设施建设优化排涝布局,从而提升区域水安全保障能力。 "我们的苗圃店部分业务依赖线上经营。近两年来,交通条件明显改善,树苗运输途中基本不再出现折损,业务发展得很好。"湖南长株潭生态绿心苗木基地 一位工作人员向《中国经营报》记者介绍称,"这里过去山路多,客户对运输问题很担忧。现在新修道路通行状况良好,基本打消了他们的顾虑。" 据介绍,绿心连通武陵—雪峰山系与罗霄—幕阜山系8 ...
