这里是位于河南省鹤壁市科创新城的河南航天枢纽港。巨大的屏幕上,一颗颗卫星正划过深邃浩渺的天穹,实时传回高分辨率影像和数据信息, 为农业生产、环境监测、水利防汛、应急管理等领域提供着精准数据支撑。 地处河南北部的鹤壁市是一座曾以煤炭闻名的资源型城市。近几年,鹤壁市紧抓商业航天产业发展机遇,把商业航天产业作为培育新质生产力的 关键抓手,将商业航天产业打造为产业转型发展的强劲引擎。 2020年,鹤壁市与卫星互联网企业航天宏图签订协议,航天宏图华中总部卫星运营中心落户在鹤壁,由此拉开了当地商业航天产业发展的序幕。 围绕卫星互联网发展新业态,航天宏图提出了"女娲星座"建设计划,规划发射114颗遥感卫星,构建全球自主可控实时遥感混合星座。 2022年,河南省出台《河南省卫星产业发展规划》,明确提出推动鹤壁市建设全链条卫星产业集群,支持鹤壁卫星产业发展。位于当地科创新城 的鹤壁卫星智造产业园被授予"河南省卫星产业园区"称号。 在卫星产业园区内的天章卫星智造基地,智能化的车间内,工作人员正认真细致地进行卫星装配、测试等工作。 作为全省航天测运控平台的核心载体,2024年,河南航天枢纽港在鹤壁市科创新城正式开建,主要建有航天测 ...
