北京将开展家政劳务专项对接,保障市民节日需求

来源:北京日报客户端 目前,全市各区人社部门依托家政企业联系制度,已提前开展春节前后用工情况摸排,重点掌握在岗人 员、缺工数量及岗位需求信息,形成岗位需求清单。同时,加强与河北、山西、内蒙古、甘肃等劳务协 作地区的对接,依托劳务协作机制和十省区市家政劳务协作联盟,通过推送岗位需求清单、开展直播带 岗招聘等方式拓宽用工渠道,推动家政企业与"河北福嫂""吕梁山护工"等劳务品牌深化合作,引导家政 服务员来京就业。 近日,北京市人力资源和社会保障局印发通知,计划于1月15日在全市正式启动2026年春节期间家政劳 务对接专项活动,一直持续到3月3日。活动围绕用工摸排、劳务协作、人员关爱和返岗复工等环节,推 出系列务实举措,缓解春节期间家政服务人员阶段性短缺,切实保障市民节日期间家庭服务需求。 针对春节期间留京坚守岗位的家政服务人员,本市联合商务、工会、妇联等部门开展"春暖农民工"慰问 活动,通过走访送温暖、发放慰问品等形式传递关怀。此外,节后将有序组织错峰返乡家政服务员返京 轮岗,指导企业建立返京人员台账,提前对接岗位需求,对集中返京人员提供"点对点""一站式"等运输 服务,确保复工衔接顺畅。 转自:北京日报客户端 下 ...
