本报讯(记者李雯珊)8月21日至22日，广州市委金融办联合市工业和信息化局开展2025年广州市专精特 新企业"走进北交所"活动，广东省证监局，天河、白云、黄埔、南沙区金融工作部门及广东股权交易中 心、广发证券、万联证券、广州银行等4家机构参加。本次活动共有20家专精特新企业，其中"小巨 人"企业有11家，主要为生物医药、专业设备制造、汽车制造、软件和信息技术服务等行业企业，2024 年营业收入大部分企业为3亿元左右，净利润4000万元以上的企业有12家。 目前，广州市已经形成地方政府、证券监管部门、北交所华南基地、广东股权交易中心多方联动的挂牌 上市服务模式，市委金融办会同工信、科技等重点产业部门、各区政府围绕广州专精特新企业，通过举 办产业发展座谈会、政策宣讲会、专题业务培训、一对一走访以及专项问题辅导等协调解决企业发展中 遇到的困难和问题，帮助企业找准定位，理清上市路径、上市板块选择等，推动专精特新企业通过广东 股权交易中心专精特新专板、新三板挂牌、北交所上市实现层层递进。截至目前，广州市现有境内外上 市公司239家，累计融资超7000亿元，总市值约3.3万亿元，其中北交所上市公司8家；现有新三板挂牌 企 ...
