四川乐山出台《意见》推进“世界美食之都”建设:两年初步建立美食产业标准体系

近日,四川省乐山市市场监督管理局出台《关于助力建设"世界美食之都"的意见》(以下简称《意 见》),旨在充分发挥市场监管在品牌保护、标准体系、产业发展、食品安全等方面的重要作用,为乐 山市加快建设国际旅游城市、打造享誉全球的世界重要旅游目的地、创建"世界美食之都"提供有力支 撑。 此外,乐山市市场监督管理局还将成立助力建设"世界美食之都"领导小组,统筹协调各项工作有序开 展,将强化组织领导,周密部署安排,逐级压实责任,完善工作机制,明确进度节点,定期开展调度与 分析,全面形成助力建设"世界美食之都"工作的强大合力。(周柳陈秋宏) 《意见》明确,通过两年系统推进,进一步完善乐山美食标准体系、提升食品安全水平、规范市场秩 序、提高品牌知名度和品牌价值。到2027年底,初步建立乐山美食产业标准体系,食品(农产品)有机产 品认证、地理标志保护产品、地理标志商标等数量显著增加,食品安全评价性抽检合格率稳定在98%以 上,群众食品安全满意度达到80分以上,为全市加快建设国际旅游城市、打造享誉全球的世界重要旅游 目的地提供坚实支撑,为创建"世界美食之都"贡献市场监管力量。 《意见》聚焦七大重点任务提出21项具体措施,包括构建 ...
