中新网南昌12月29日电 (记者 李韵涵)自鄱阳湖标志性水文站星子站水位14日6时跌破8米极枯水位以 来,鄱阳湖水位持续走低。记者29日从江西鄱阳湖国家级自然保护区管理局获悉,为应对极枯水位,江 西多措并举护航越冬候鸟栖息。 12月17 据江西鄱阳湖国家级自然保护区管理局资源管护科科长黄莎介绍,鄱阳湖保护区加强碟形湖管理,严格 落实"一湖一策"管理机制,为每处碟形湖建立动态管理台账,每日通过"智能监控实时监测+工作人员现 场排查"相结合的方式加密巡护频次,重点跟踪湖水水位变化、堤坝结构完整性及周边人为活动干扰情 况,精准掌握岸线因水位涨落出现的破损问题,全年及时抢修6处堤坝倒塌缺口及闸口漏水点,采用沙 袋封堵、混凝土加固等方式有效延缓湖水外泄速度,开展碟形湖岸线修复5公里,保障湖区蓄水能力。 此外,鄱阳湖保护区启动"十日会商"制度,不定期组织专家、地方相关职能部门召开会商会,结合实时 水情数据、候鸟种群监测结果,科学制定调水方案,动态调整控水节奏,既满足候鸟栖息所需的浅滩环 境,又保障水生生物繁殖的生态需水量。 黄莎表示,为提升鄱阳湖保护区智能化保护水平,鄱保局创新融合"智慧巡护、监测、预警、分析、推 演"五 ...
