新华社上海9月22日电(记者董雪)在2025浦江创新论坛区域创新发展分论坛上,《中国区域科技创新 评价报告2025》发布。该报告显示,我国综合科技创新水平得分为80.20分,比上年提高1.77分,科技创 新投入、科技创新产出、高新技术产业继续保持增长态势,有效促进了经济社会发展。 中国科学技术发展战略研究院党委书记刘冬梅介绍,长三角已成为我国创新活力最强劲的地区。根据报 告,上海的综合排名位居全国第1,江苏上升到第3,浙江上升到第5,安徽稳居第9。长三角在企业研 发、地方财政科技支出、企业技术获取和改造支出、高价值专利拥有量、高技术产品出口额等指标上, 均约占全国的1/3。 此外,京津冀科技创新协同程度不断加强。报告的综合排名显示,北京第2,天津第6,河北第19。粤港 澳大湾区国际科技创新中心建设深入推进,广东在报告中综合排名第4,研发经费支出位居全国第1。 据悉,2025浦江创新论坛于9月20日至22日在上海举办。其中,区域创新发展分论坛由科技部二司和同 济大学联合承办,聚焦新时期区域创新体系建设的战略意义与实践路径,旨在推动跨区域协同创新与差 异化发展,助力国家创新驱动发展战略深入实施。 报告也总结了近十 ...
