2025年,大连商品交易所(以下简称"大商所")始终坚持服务实体经济的根本宗旨,持续推进"我为群 众办实事"常态化长效化,围绕现货生产经营主体参与期货市场痛点难点,通过创新担保机制、优化产 品规则、完善交割布局等一系列务实举措、精准对接市场需求,有效提升了期货市场服务实体经济质 效,为产业高质量发展注入期货力量。 创新担保机制,为厂库企业盘"活"资金 期货市场厂库是经期货交易所批准并指定,为期货合约履行实物交割提供仓储服务和生成标准仓单的企 业法人。为防范交割违约风险,厂库在生成标准仓单时需向交易所提供一定比例的担保品作为履约保 障。由于此前大商所接受的担保品类型仅限于现金和银行保函,厂库若想使用持有的银行承兑汇票作为 担保,需先将票据贴现转化为现金,再以现金形式提交担保。这一过程不仅产生额外的财务成本,更降 低了资金使用效率。 2025年2月,大商所推出以银行承兑汇票作为厂库担保品的创新机制,允许厂库直接将收到的银行承兑 汇票作为担保品,无需再办理票据贴现和现金交存,在简化业务流程的同时,畅通企业资金链,盘活了 票据资产。此举切实降低企业的担保资金成本,增强资金调配的灵活性,进一步激发市场主体参与期货 市场 ...
