北京商报讯(记者 赵述评)2月6日,北京市市场监督管理局、天津市市场监督管理委员会、河北省市 场监督管理局联合发布节日消费提示,提醒消费者预订年夜饭时,明确"定金"与"订金",定金违约不 退,订金可协商退款。订餐前要关注服务费、茶位费、打包费等附加消费。三地市场监督管理部门提醒 经营者杜绝价格违法行为,餐饮经营者要确保菜单、价签和点菜工具标价一致,酒店行业经营者不得临 时加价。 酒店行业经营者要履行价格承诺。在线下线上醒目位置标明客房类型、计价方式、价格、另外付费项目 及收费标准等;信守合约,不得临时加价。 旅游景区经营者不得变相加价提价。在线下线上醒目位置公示门票、另行收费项目价格及服务内容,严 格规范景点内小商品、餐饮等延伸服务经营者价格行为;严格执行门票价格减免、优惠政策,不得不执 行政府定价,擅自增设收费项目或变相提高门票价格。 消费者预订年夜饭时,应注意避免纠纷。预订时如需缴纳定金,务必明确"定金"与"订金"的区别。定金 具有担保性质,违约不退;订金可协商退款。消费者可优先选择支持可退订金的商家,在签订书面合同 时,详细约定菜品明细、套餐规格、用餐时间、收费标准、取消条款及违约责任,切勿轻信口头承诺 ...
