中国经济导报、中国发展网讯记者缪晓琴报道近日,上海市人力资源和社会保障局等5部门正式印发 《关于实施女职工产假及生育假期间用人单位社会保险补贴有关事项的通知》,推出重磅生育支持新 政。新政旨在建立由政府、社会、企业共同参与的生育成本共担机制,进一步强化"生育友好"的价值导 向,通过"生育友好岗"+"产假社保补贴"的政策联动,最大限度破除女性就业壁垒,助力女性高质量充 分就业。 《通知》规定,自2025年1月1日起,女职工在职期间生育子女,单位依法为其落实产假及生育假并缴纳 社会保险费的,可申请享受产假社保补贴。补贴标准为产假及生育假期间女职工基本养老保险费、基本 医疗保险费(含生育保险费)、失业保险费、工伤保险费单位实际缴纳部分的50%,从女职工生育当月起 补贴6个月。 女职工生育子女不分孩次,只要经女职工本人确认后,用人单位均可申领产假社保补贴;被派遣劳动者 的补贴由劳务派遣单位负责申请,由其全额拨付给实际提供岗位并承担工资和社会保险费的用工单位。 此外,《通知》还鼓励用人单位为产后返岗女职工设置"生育友好岗",采取弹性上下班、居家或远程办 公、灵活休假、绩效考核等柔性管理方式,为女职工平衡家庭和工作提供便 ...
