(原标题:福建新规:电动自行车可载16周岁以下未成年人) 据"龙岩市人民政府"官网消息,《福建省非机动车管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)已经2025年6月12 日省人民政府第61次常务会议修订通过,现予公布,福建省行政区域内的非机动车生产、销售、登记、 通行、停放、充电及其管理活动适用本办法,自2025年11月1日起施行。 在通行条件方面,《办法》提出,驾驶非机动车上道路行驶,应当确保安全并遵守:按照交通信号通 行,与前方和相邻车辆保持安全距离,注意避让行人;成年人驾驶自行车、电动自行车,可以搭载一名 16周岁以下的未成年人;驾乘电动自行车应当佩戴安全头盔;不得有拨打接听手持电话、浏览电子设备 等妨碍安全驾驶的行为;不得牵引或者拴系动物;载物应当捆扎牢固,不得在行驶中的两辆非机动车间 共载一个物品;不得逆向行驶;不得违法占用机动车道行驶;法律、法规规定的其他通行要求。 未成年人在道路上驾驶自行车必须年满12周岁、驾驶电动自行车必须年满16周岁,且不得载人。 此外,新建的公共建筑、居民住宅区和商业街(区)、大(中)型建筑,应当按照国家和福建省标准配 建非机动车停放场所。改建、扩建的公共建筑、居民住宅区和商业街(区 ...
