长江商报消息 ●长江商报记者 黄聪 卓越新能(688196.SH)正在国内国外大举新建产能。 7月8日晚间,卓越新能公告显示,公司拟投资7亿元,用于在泰国春武里府建设生物能源生产线项目 (以下简称"泰国生物能源项目")。 同日,卓越新能发布的定增公告显示,发行对象拟认购金额合计为人民币3亿元,在扣除相关发行费用 后的募集资金净额拟投资于"年产10万吨烃基生物柴油项目"。 卓越新能表示,项目产品所用生产原料主要为地沟油等废弃油脂,有效利用废弃油脂,可"变废为宝", 不仅可以减少废弃油脂环境污染和非法利用等问题,而且能够节约我国有限的石油资源。 出口销售营收占89.71% 其中,2024年,卓越新能国内销售营业收入达3.67亿元,同比增长45.79%;出口销售营业收入达31.96 亿元,同比增长24.88%。 整体来看,2024年,卓越新能出口销售营业收入占89.71%。 值得一提的是,目前,卓越新能已形成以生物柴油为主,衍生深加工生物基材料的"生物质能化一体 化"的产业布局,产品链不断丰富,产品附加值和废弃油脂的综合利用率不断增加,废油脂转酯化率达 到99%,达到世界先进标准的高品质生物柴油得率超过90%,工艺 ...
