西部陆海新通道骨干工程——平陆运河,是新中国成立以来建设的第一条通江达海的运河工程,计划今年底主体建成通航。在位于广西钦州的平陆运河控制 性工程——马道枢纽的建设现场,工程已进入关键而精细的内部整合阶段,工人们正在地下60米深的地方进行宽缝回填施工,它就像一场不容有失的"精微 手术"。钢筋工李华峰和他的工友们正以毫米级的严谨,为这座超级工程"焊接骨骼",在日复一日地坚守中,一寸寸推动"骨骼生长"。 平陆运河马道枢纽钢筋工李华峰:你看我戴个布面罩,不戴面罩脸都烤得蜕皮,烤狠了容易脸容易烤烂,温度要有几千摄氏度,电焊比气割的温度要高。 高温、狭窄、全程半跪半趴,如此,焊接一根钢筋需要一分半钟,而李华峰每天需要焊接100多根。 李华峰工友 钢筋工赵克平:焊接不但要求高,误差率也非常小,不允许误差太大了。因为它是六七十米高,底下误差个四五厘米,到上面要偏很多,一偏 掉,就对接不上了。所以对我们要求,只能误差几个毫米。 在宽缝里施工,交叉作业是不可避免的,宽度不到两米的空间里容纳了四五个工种,再加上横七竖八的钢筋,作业空间十分有限。 李华峰是平陆运河马道枢纽的钢筋工,他带着记者沿着安全梯笼一路往下,来到了距离地面60多 ...
