新年伊始,民生所向。2月10日,沈阳市人力资源和社会保障工作会议擘画了2026年新蓝图。面对"十五 五"规划的开局之年,沈阳人社系统将以一系列更精准、更温暖、更扎实的举措,打造舒心就业、暖心 社保、匠心培训、诚心聚才、公心维权"五心人社"服务品牌,全力推动民生保障水平再上新台阶,让发 展成果更多更公平惠及每一位沈阳市民。 全年创造25万个岗位 家门口能找工作 就业是最大的民生。2026年,沈阳将深化"舒心就业"品牌,让就业服务更可及、更有效。全市预计全年 创造就业岗位超过25万个,城镇新增就业目标锁定14.5万人。通过发展新质生产力,培育新的就业增长 点。 青年人才是城市的未来。沈阳将升级"新阳卡"服务,打造更具吸引力的"东北亚人才港",预计吸引超过 15万青年来沈就业创业。同时,对就业困难人员实行"一对一"帮扶,确保失业人员再就业7.4万人、困 难人员就业1.3万人,实现零就业家庭动态"清零"。 全年将召开各类招聘会1000场。更重要的是,将做优千家"家门口"的就业服务站,推广"舒心服务五件 套",并开展超过800场"直播带岗",让求职者不出社区就能获取信息、找到机会。 实施"青年创业陪跑计划",每年资助1 ...
