最高等级!深圳再添两名首席技师

【深圳商报讯】(记者魏薇通讯员李叶紫)记者从深圳市人社局获悉,广东省人力资源和社会保障厅日 前公布广东省2025年第一批首席技师、特级技师名单,全省共评聘首席技师7名,特级技师82名。其 中,深圳获评聘首席技师2名,分别为中广核核电运营有限公司核反应堆核级机械设备检修工曹建光, 鹰星精密工业(深圳)有限公司装配钳工张树刚。另有11人获评聘为特级技师。 据了解,这13名新晋首席、特级技师全部来自生产、科研和技术攻关一线,拥有自己的绝技绝活。此次 评聘是贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于加强新时代高技能人才队伍建设的意见》的重要 举措,旨在建立健全技能人才职业技能等级制度,拓宽技能人才职业发展通道。我市人社部门聚 焦"20+8"产业,实施"点对点宣传、面对面辅导"精准服务,推动本地企业积极选拔培养业绩突出、技艺 精湛的高技能领军人才。 据了解,国家2022年开始建立并推行由学徒工、初级工、中级工、高级工、技师、高级技师、特级技 师、首席技师构成的"新八级工"职业技能等级制度,为技能劳动者的发展打开了新的发展通道。首席技 师是"新八级工"职业技能等级架构中的最高等级,以"绝招、绝活、绝技"攻克行业技术瓶颈。 ...
