“一降两延两调整” 成都发布社保降费减负新政

5月27日,记者从成都市人社局举行的新闻发布会上获悉,《成都市人民政府办公厅关于贯彻四川 省降低社会保险费率实施办法有关事项的通知》已于5月23日印发,并从2019年5月1日开始实施社保降 费减负新政策。 根据通知,一是为无雇工的个体工商户和灵活就业人员缴纳企业职工基本养老保险费,在缴费基数 上下限之间设定了8个缴费基数档次,供其自愿选择。二是将工伤保险费率在现行基准费率和浮动费率 政策规定基础上下调50%。三是城镇职工基本养老保险、基本医疗保险(含大病医疗互助补充保险)、 工伤保险、失业保险、生育保险均统一使用全省上年度全口径城镇单位就业人员平均工资核定个人缴费 基数上下限。 本次成都社保降费减负新政策表现为"一降两延两调整"。"一降"即降低养老保险缴费费率,今年5 月1日起,用人单位缴纳基本养老保险费单位缴费按16%执行;"两延"即今年5月1日至2020年4月30日, 继续执行阶段性降低失业保险、工伤保险费率政策;"两调整"则为调整缴费基数档次和缴费基数口径。 成都市人社局相关负责人举例,比如单位职工A,每月工资8000元,调整前单位基本养老保险缴费 金额为1520元,调整后单位缴费金额为1280元。"对 ...
