Overall Situation - The food safety inspection conducted by the Xianning Market Supervision Administration involved 150 batches of food across 10 categories, including biscuits, catering food, starch and starch products, condiments, bean products, pastries, grain processing products, dairy products, edible agricultural products, and edible oils [3][4] - Out of the 150 batches tested, 142 were found to be compliant, while 8 batches were deemed non-compliant [3][4] Non-Compliant Products - Non-compliant products included: 1. Disinfected bowls used at Yao Mi Yao Mi Kindergarten in Jiayu County, which contained anionic synthetic detergent at 0.00900 mg/100 cm², exceeding the standard of not detectable [4] 2. Disinfected bowls and chopsticks used at Keda Boarding Junior High School in Tongcheng County, which tested positive for coliform bacteria, also exceeding the standard of not detectable [5] 3. Screws pepper (chili) used at Bai Ni Town Middle School in Chongyang County, which had a pesticide residue of 0.704 mg/kg, exceeding the standard of ≤0.5 mg/kg [5] 4. Eggs used at Chongyang County Kindergarten, which contained metronidazole at 311 µg/kg, exceeding the standard of not detectable [6] 5. Hairy celery sold at Sweet Honey Shopping Center in Chongyang County, which had a pesticide residue of 0.55 mg/kg, exceeding the standard of ≤0.05 mg/kg [6] 6. Iron stick yam sold at Tan Hui Road Store of Gaoxin Ma Meng Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, which contained 1.73 mg/kg of mefenoxam and manganese salt, exceeding the standard of ≤0.3 mg/kg [6] 7. Bananas sold at the same store, which had a pesticide residue of 0.15 mg/kg, exceeding the standard of ≤0.05 mg/kg [6] Compliance Information - The inspection revealed that 142 batches of food products were compliant, indicating a high level of food safety in the tested categories [3][4]
