(来源:中国消费者报) 本报哈尔滨讯(刘传江 记者李洪涛)记者近日从黑龙江省佳木斯市市场监管局获悉,今年该局立足"场 景打造、精准监管、暖心维权"三大关键环节,努力营造安全放心的消费环境,助力提振消费信心。截 至目前,全市放心消费承诺单位累计数量达26277家。 佳木斯市市场监管局聚焦群众高度关注的重点领域,重拳出击、精准监管。在食品安全领域,严厉查处 食品违法案件223起;开展56场次"你点我检"惠民活动,抽检食品1126批次。在药品安全监管方面,开 展药品经营使用环节"清源"行动,累计检查药品零售企业2149家次、药品使用单位513家次,立案查处 违法案件145件。针对农资市场、粮食购销、反不正当竞争、网络交易、虚假广告等19个民生领域,集 中开展市场秩序"铁拳"行动,全市系统共查办案件639件;开展建筑保温材料、电动自行车等领域专项 检查,抽检产品127批次,查办案件14起。 另外,佳木斯市市场监管局从完善机制入手,构建高效便捷的维权服务体系。制定并完善12315消费维 权制度,实行"7×24"小时人工服务,提升维权响应效率,今年累计受理消费者咨询投诉和举报4.2万余 件,为消费者挽回经济损失204万元 ...
