新华财经上海8月11日电(记者刘暄常佩琦)8月8日,北京市住房和城乡建设委员会、北京住房公积金 管理中心联合印发《关于进一步优化调整本市房地产相关政策的通知》(下称《通知》),自2025年8 月9日起施行。部分银行已开始施行新政相关举措,以满足居民多重住房需求。 《通知》提出,符合本市商品住房购买条件的居民家庭,购买五环外商品住房(含新建商品住房和二手 住房)不限套数。此外,《通知》还加大了住房公积金支持力度。 例如,在最高贷款额度方面,将二套房公积金贷款最高额度由60万元提高至100万元,大力支持改善性 住房需求。如借款人满足适用公积金支持建筑绿色发展、支持多子女家庭购房等政策的条件,还能享受 贷款额度上浮的政策优惠,最多上浮40万元,最高可贷款140万元。 据该行相关负责人介绍,工商银行北京分行已与北京住房公积金管理中心、国管公积金中心、中直公积 金中心建立合作,能全方位受理组合贷款,提供"商业贷款 + 公积金贷款"一站式服务,满足各类居民融 资需求。此外,专业的审批团队借助标准化流程与智能化系统,保障业务高效审批。完善的贷后服务体 系支持贷款存续期内灵活还款,契合客户家庭财务规划需求。 "现在执行的就是 ...
