重庆云阳:村医有了“新身份”,服务更有“新变化”

新华社重庆12月24日电 前不久,在重庆云阳县当村医多年的李崇武身份有了新变化。通过和水口镇卫 生院签订劳动合同,李崇武正式成为卫生院职工,并被派驻到老林村执业。 变化不止于此。为落实医疗卫生强基要求,云阳县还在建设上下贯通的心电、影像、病理、检验等资源 共享中心,更好满足群众就医需求。其中,"村卫生室检查、县级医院诊断"的"心电一张网"已实现对村 卫生室的全覆盖。 双江街道村医张树平最近接诊的一位50多岁男性患者,一来就喊胸口疼,而且大汗淋漓。张树平马上取 出心电图机,连上上级医院网络系统,不一会儿"疑似有心梗"的检查结果就出来了。"以前,我们卫生 室既没有心电检查设备,也不具备心血管疾病诊断能力。"张树平说,"心电一张网"不但为卫生室铺设 了心电检查设备,还有县人民医院医生同步诊断,如果发现问题,患者能快速进入救治绿色通道。 云阳县卫健委主任喻竣说,下一步,我们还将出台更多支持政策,进一步稳定村医队伍,推动基层医疗 卫生服务更优质、更便捷,持续增加农村群众的医卫服务获得感。(记者李松) 强基层、建机制、添活力,既让村医有了"新身份",更让服务有了"新变化",这是云阳县夯实农村医疗 卫生"网底"的政策目标。 ...
