大家好,我是姚灏。我是一名精神科医生,同时也是精神健康领域的公益从业者。今天很高兴有机会能够来到一席,跟大家交流分享一下精神障碍者的困与 路。 不知道大家对于精神科有着怎样的初步印象。如果不是从事相关行业,没有跟相关人群一起工作的经验,很多时候大家对于精神科、精神疾病的想象,可能 都来自于我们看过的影视文学作品,总感觉精神科是一个阴森封闭的环境,里面住着一些奇奇怪怪的人,他们有一些奇怪的言行、奇怪的想法,甚至可能会 有暴力冲动、伤害他人的风险。 我还记得当时去实习,迈进精神科的大门要克服很多的恐惧和忐忑。虽然外面就是病房,但我们宁可把自己关在医生办公室里,大门紧闭,不敢迈出这道 墙。 我还写了一首英文诗《最后两英寸》讲述这段经历。两英寸,其实就是办公室墙壁这五六公分的距离,但也隐喻着社会中,我们跟精神疾病患者的距离,看 似很近,却又很远。后来,我的很多工作,都与打破这堵墙有关。 墙的另一边 精神科临床上有一个压力-易感性模型,可以帮助解释患者为什么会发病。每个个体其实都可能罹患精神疾病,只不过每个人罹患精神疾病的风险,或者说 易感性不太一样。易感性高的,罹患精神疾病的风险就更高。 另一方面,如果在生活中遭受一 ...
