新疆乌苏市开展校园食品安全和膳食经费管理培训 守护师生饮食安全

为全力保障师生"舌尖上的安全",2月27日,新疆维吾尔自治区乌苏市市场监管局联合市教科局、市疾 病预防控制中心(乌苏市卫生监管所)等部门,开展校园食品安全和膳食经费管理培训,全市25所幼儿 园、18所中小学校食堂负责人、食品安全总监73人参加培训。此次培训旨在有效防范化解校园食品安全 风险,全面压实学校主体责任,规范膳食经费管理,为广大师生营造一个安全、健康的校园饮食环境。 此次培训会,紧扣风险排查、问题整改、责任落实、规范运营等关键核心目标,全面梳理当前全市校园 食品安全存在的薄弱环节与突出风险隐患,重点针对食材采购查验、储存保管、加工制作、餐用具清洗 消毒、食品留样、从业人员健康管理、"互联网+明厨亮灶"使用、校园食品安全等关键环节,逐一明确 规范标准、整改要求和管控措施。 会议要求,校园食品安全事关师生身体健康和生命安全,各学校、幼儿园要严格落实校长(园长)负责 制,切实履行食品安全第一责任人职责,全面落细落实食品安全"日管控、周排查、月调度"工作机制, 做到责任到人、工作到岗、管理到位。同时,明确膳食经费审查要点,要求学校务必做到账目清晰、公 开透明,切实保障学生权益。号召大家以此次培训为契机,立即开 ...
