Group 1 - The 2025 China (Guangdong) - RCEP Member Countries Cross-Border E-Commerce Exchange Event and the China (Guangzhou) Cross-Border E-Commerce Trade Fair was launched in Guangzhou, themed "New Momentum for Foreign Trade, New Future for Digital" [1] - The exhibition covers over 40,000 square meters, running from August 15 to 17, attracting over 1,000 quality supply chain enterprises, 42 cross-border e-commerce platforms, and nearly 200 ecosystem service providers, making it the largest event of its kind in China [1] - Guangdong aims to become a cross-border e-commerce demonstration province, focusing on three areas: developing 30 advantageous industrial belts and nurturing 300 key enterprises within three years, expanding new markets in collaboration with leading e-commerce platforms, and strengthening the e-commerce development hubs in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Eastern Guangdong [1] Group 2 - The cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones have achieved full coverage across 21 cities in Guangdong, demonstrating significant aggregation effects [2] - Since being approved as a national cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone in 2016, Guangzhou has accumulated over 700 billion yuan in cross-border e-commerce import and export volume over nearly ten years, with an expected volume exceeding 180 billion yuan in 2024 [2] - In the first half of this year, cross-border e-commerce in Guangzhou achieved an import and export volume of 116.9 billion yuan, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 43.1% [2] Group 3 - The current trade fair has added AI and compliance zones to better adapt to new trade trends and mitigate overseas risks [3] - Amazon Global Selling released a white paper on the development trends of cross-border e-commerce exports during the event, while Shein shared excellent cases of "cross-border e-commerce + industrial belts" [3] - The event also launched the "Cross-Border E-Commerce (Going Abroad) New Market Country Guidelines" and showcased excellent cases of Guangdong's "Cross-Border E-Commerce Brand Going Abroad" and "Cross-Border E-Commerce Expanding New Markets" [3]
