近日,南都·湾财社记者从广西纪检监察网获悉,广西投资集团有限公司(以下简称"广投集团")副总经理黎敦满涉嫌严重违纪违法,目前正接受自治区纪 委监委纪律审查和监察调查。 据了解,黎敦满曾任中国银行、广西金融投资集团、柳州银行、柳州金融投资发展集团等公司主要负责人,长期深耕银行业。值得一提的是,在黎敦满前的 两任柳州银行董事长李耀清、刘忠皆因腐败落马,三任"一把手"接连折戟,引发行业对地方银行内控治理的关注。 曾深耕地方金融 黎敦满的职业履历横跨多家金融机构。资料显示,黎敦满,1971年10月生,广西金秀人,中共党员,在职大学学历。其拥有丰富地方金融工作经历,曾任中 国银行股份有限公司柳州分行柳南支行、来宾支行行长,玉林分行、桂林分行党委书记、行长。 2016年,黎敦满任柳州金融投资发展集团党委副书记及总经理。 2017年3月,黎敦满获任柳州银行行长;2019年8月,他升任柳州银行董事长,同时兼任该行行长。直至2021年4月,柳州银行发布行长变更公告,聘任谢斌 为该行行长,黎敦满不再兼任行长职务。 2021年7月,黎敦满被聘任为广投集团有限公司副总经理。2023年4月,他在集团内再获升迁,被提名为子公司广西金融投 ...
