"这菜会不会有安全问题?"这样的担忧,已成为当下部分消费者在买菜、吃饭时的第一直觉。目前,可 以转移相关食品安全问题风险的食品安全责任保险(以下简称"食安险")或将进入大力推行阶段。12月 4日,北京商报记者了解到,市场监管总局启动修订了《国家食品安全事故应急预案(征求意见稿)》 (以下简称"征求意见稿"),征求意见稿中提出,鼓励食品生产经营者参加食安险,同时提出建立健全 食安险体系。 在互联网与数字经济深度融合的推动下,外卖服务行业随之迅速崛起并实现规模化发展。在此趋势下, 食安险作为一种风险保障机制逐渐被市场广泛熟知。北京商报记者梳理发现,目前市场上的食安险产品 种类和数量相对较少,以外卖相关的食安险居多,常见的外卖食安险产品主要集中在外卖平台,形式均 为平台与保险公司合作推出。 食安险作为一种市场化的风险管理机制,通过保险产品,可以将食品生产经营企业和消费者紧密联结起 来。北京联合大学商务学院金融系教师杨泽云表示,责任保险,特别是可能涉及较多公众的责任保险, 是发挥保险的社会管理功能的领域。鼓励投保食安险,或是希望通过保险的方式,化解实际中产生的食 品安全事件。 此前沸沸扬扬的预制菜事件,背后反映了大众 ...
