"网红医生"被点名了。 这些行为不仅违背了医生职业伦理,也严重违反互联网诊疗管理和广告管理相关法律法规。其带来的危 害性是多方面的:既误导公众、伤及健康,也有损医疗行业的形象和公信力,从而进一步放大医患矛 盾。因此,对这类现象,不能放纵。 事实上,类似现象近年来已多次被曝光,相关部门和平台也一直在加强监测和处置,但一些"挂羊头卖 狗肉"的"网红医生"依然大行其道。这提醒现有的治理举措离预期目标还有明显距离,需要及时强化和 完善。 比如,平台上的"网红医生"乱象不完全是线上的问题,而是需要线上线下(300959)同步整治。像一些 为线下问诊引流的行为,对应的或正是"问题医疗机构";还有"网红医生"推销的药品,可能本就可疑, 其伴随的是一些药物制造、销售的乱象。 同时,对于医生参与线上问诊、带货,医疗机构也要做好必要的前置规范,而不能任由其打着医疗机构 的旗号为"伪科普"与带货背书。 就线上管理而言,平台该守土有责。针对医疗类短视频的专业性,建立更高的准入门槛和更健全的监督 机制,防止浑水摸鱼,非常必要。有专业人士就建议,对在平台认证的医生不仅限于形式上的审核,还 应进行实质上的认证,以严格压缩非医生、假冒医生直 ...
