走进如今的浙江省海宁市,只见一条条航道内,船舶往来如织,一片繁忙景象。两年前,这里新开 通了京杭运河二通道海宁段,为货船新增了一条通畅便捷的水上大通道。 但开挖京杭运河二通道海宁段航道时,航道下深四五十米的软土一度令施工团队"头疼":这种土含 水率高,挖出后无法直接应用于工程。对此,传统方法一般是将其放置在堆场或由内河转运出海处理。 与众不同的是,此次挖出的渣土经过特殊工艺处理后变废为宝,就地用于工程附近的道路和临建场地地 基。将这些渣土"化腐朽为神奇"的,是吴志坚团队领衔开发的软土地区路基工程低碳化加固技术。 "在沿江滨湖临海地区,分布着大量软土,它们含水率和压缩性高、承载力和抗剪强度低、渗透性 差、固结周期长。"吴志坚说,软土的这些特性,对工程施工造成不小的挑战。 "在软土上修建公路铁路桥梁,就像在'豆腐上筑路',影响道路成形和工程质量。过去处理软土, 要么花钱将其运走填埋,要么从外地拉来好土回填,这种'一弃一采'的方式,使得每立方米软土的运输 成本高达250元,还会引发扬尘、水体污染等次生环境问题。"吴志坚介绍,让软土变"坚强",让施工过 程绿色低碳,是团队攻关的核心目标。 经过多年探索,团队摸索出一种 ...
