铂力特于7月8日晚间公告,公司2025年4月披露的2024年年报和2025年一季报存在多处错误,违反了《上市公司信息披露管理办法》第三条第一款的规 定,陕西证监局决定对公司、董事长兼总经理薛蕾、财务总监梁可晶采取出具警示函的行政监管措施。 在此之前,铂力特于6月10日晚间回复此前上交所对公司下发的2024年报告的信息披露监管问询函,就公司关于收入变动合理性、应收款项变动、在建工 程及预付款项等进行了说明。 回复公告披露,铂力特对2023年年报、2024年一季报、半年报、三季报以及2024年业绩快报进行会计差错更正,主要涉及收入、成本、利润、应收账款、 存货等报表项目。上交所要求公司说明本次对各定期报告及业绩快报进行会计差错更正的具体情况,同时说明相关报告期是否还存在其他类似情形。铂力 特在回复函中表示,出现相关会计差错的主要原因是公司财务人员对会计准则的理解不到位,对合同识别错误,以及收入确认的依据存在瑕疵,导致部分 收入确认出现差错。 资料显示,铂力特主营业务是金属3D打印设备及产品的研发、生产和销售,主要产品是选择性激光熔化成形、激光立体成形、电弧增材制造等系列金属 3D打印设备等。 12月31日晚,铂力 ...
